‘Diagnosis: The PEMEX Situation’

On March 30, 2008, Mexican Energy Secretary Georgina Kessel Martínez and PEMEX General Director Jesús Reyes Heroles unveiled the document “Diagnosis: The PEMEX Situation” (in Spanish).  The purpose of the document is to offer the public relevant, clear and summarized information regarding the current state of affairs of PEMEX, this in the run-up to the forthcoming energy reform debate in Congress.
